Business Development Representative – Deer Park, TX Intertek, a leading provider of quality and safety solutions, seeks a Business Development Representative to join our Caleb Brett team in Deer Park, TX. Job Description We are looking for a highly motivated and results‑driven BDR to act as the first point of contact for existing and potential clients, generating new business opportunities and building relationships. Responsibilities Marketing and selling of inspection and laboratory testing services. Represent the company daily to clients and at trade shows. Support sales management plans by maintaining effective customer relations and ensuring market penetration and profitability. Identify and evaluate new markets and customers for existing products. Identify and evaluate new products that fit our capabilities and address pricing and availability concerns. Evaluate and report customer feedback; resolve customer service issues. Generate contracts, quotes, and orders as required, following internal processes. Provide input for sales forecasts. Log monthly sales activity through client tracking system. Review product pricing and discuss client feedback relative to industry trends. Assist in the development of marketing materials. Implement customer‑specific action plans. Travel to visit customers and attend industry events. Introduce new products and services to accounts, both within the Caleb Brett division and other divisions. Develop new customers and perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager. Perform other work as required. Schedule and Travel Shift: 8 am to 5 pm CDT, Monday – Friday, occasional nights and weekends. Travel: at least 90% of the time. Benefits and Compensation Competitive salary and compensation package, including sales incentives. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Valid driver’s license with reliable driving record. Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of petroleum logistics or sales experience. Proficient in Microsoft applications, including PowerPoint and Publisher. Excellent communication, organization, interpersonal, time management, and selling skills.
