Employment Litigation Associate

Role Overview - Senior Litigation Attorney -
- Firm is growing (currently ~26 attorneys)
- Need support due to:
- Growth
- Younger attorneys requiring guidance
- Looking for: 2-4 years liability experience (PL/PI) defense
Compensation & Bonus Structure
- Salary range: $140K-$170K some flex
- Bonus structure:
- Billable bonus:
- Target = 1600 hours
- Tiered bonus starting at 50 hours over 1600 (increases every 50 hours)
- Origination (ORJ):
- 10% of business brought in (even if not working the matter)
- High earning potential (some attorneys making up to ~$400K total comp due to origination)
- Additional discretionary bonus
