It all starts and ends with the culinary program. The Exec Chef needs to own this piece and exude leadership characteristics. Coaching and retention is a big key to our success. No shortcuts on the food side. Held to the biggest standard in terms of execution, ordering, FIFO, and inventories. Nothing slips by this individual and well be held in that regard.
&65,000 plus Bonus, plus benefit reimbursements.
