Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to establish appropriate treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, focusing on both pre-crisis and crisis interventions.

• Develop and implement crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and medication treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory standards, ensuring compliance with all licensing requirements.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices to screen and monitor client progress, ensuring the best clinical outcomes.
\n
• Facilitate and lead collaborative team initiatives to create positive behavior support plans that enhance client autonomy and quality of life.
\n
• Act as a liaison with state agencies, community partners, and relevant service systems to coordinate care and support.
\n
• Engage actively in the agency's licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the highest standards of service delivery.
\n
• Establish and maintain effective communication with community stakeholders to advocate for services and secure additional resources.
\n
• Participate in ongoing professional development, including attending workshops, conferences, and network meetings within the mental health community.

• Promote the mission and values of the Shelby County Counseling Center in all interactions with clients and community members.

• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the Clinic Director to support clinic operations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
