Work Environment\n

This position offers a fully remote work setting, allowing you to engage with clients and team members from the comfort of your own home. This flexibility is designed to meet patient needs while promoting a healthy work-life balance. Your scheduled hours will primarily be Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, although some flexibility in scheduling may be necessary as client needs arise.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify the unique needs of each patient, allowing for the development of tailored treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, employing techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and other modalities to assist clients effectively.

• Facilitate psychoeducational groups and support sessions, providing clients with the tools and community support they need to navigate their mental health journeys.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to assure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients in urgent need, ensuring appropriate support and resources during mental health emergencies.

• Educate patients on their mental health conditions, available treatment options, and local community resources designed to facilitate their recovery.
\n
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with established healthcare regulations and ethical standards.

• Actively participate in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development initiatives to enhance clinical skills.

• Stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health therapy and treatment methodologies, ensuring best practices are integrated into your work.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT in the state of Nevada is essential for this role.

• Robust understanding of various mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies are necessary.

• Demonstrated ability to perform comprehensive assessments and create effective treatment strategies tailored to individual client needs.

• Experience in providing both individual and group therapy sessions to a diverse range of clients.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

• Competence in electronic health record (EHR) systems and familiarity with computer applications is highly desirable.

• A proven track record of working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic patient care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
