Key Responsibilities\n

• Supervise and mentor practicum students enrolled in Master’s programs or pursuing clinical licensure, offering guidance that fosters their professional and clinical development.

• Conduct individual and group psychotherapy services using evidence-based practices tailored to meet the diverse needs of our clients.

• Collaborate closely with a variety of healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to mental health treatment, integrating community resources and support services effectively.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments and client goals, utilizing therapeutic models that drive successful outcomes.

• Maintain thorough and accurate client records, documentation, and compliance to meet legal and ethical standards, contributing to the integrity of the practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A valid state license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• Professional liability insurance that protects you and your practice.

• Two years of professional experience in mental health counseling, showcasing a depth of knowledge in therapeutic techniques and client care.
