This position is primarily remote, leveraging technology to provide flexible and accessible mental health resources. Although most of your work will be conducted online, you will have access to our community health clinic facilities, where you can conduct in-person sessions as needed. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and screenings to gauge the mental health needs of clients, establishing tailored treatment plans based on individual evaluations.

• Provide evidence-based individual counseling and urgent crisis intervention services for clients experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related issues.

• Lead therapeutic groups and workshops aimed at specific communities, addressing topics such as stress management, coping strategies, and emotional resilience.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community partners to facilitate holistic care and ensure a seamless continuum of services for clients.

• Implement outreach initiatives, including mental health awareness campaigns and wellness fairs, to enhance community engagement and promote mental health resources.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client interactions, adhering strictly to HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is mandatory; a Master's or Doctoral degree is highly preferred.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage clients and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams effectively.
