This remote position offers flexibility and the convenience of working from your home or a preferred location. While our services are predominantly delivered through telehealth via secure video conferencing tools, we also provide opportunities for in-person sessions at our outpatient therapy facility when needed. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough diagnostic assessments to identify mental health disorders and developing individualized treatment plans based on client needs.

• Administering a variety of evidence-based psychotherapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and psychodynamic therapy.

• Monitoring client progress by utilizing data-driven approaches and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
\n
• Providing crisis intervention and management, responding effectively to acute situations with empathy and professionalism.
\n
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client sessions using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems while minimizing paperwork to allow for more client-focused time.

• Collaborating closely with case management services to ensure holistic care for clients, including referrals and additional support services when necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with a diverse clientele exhibiting a range of mental health concerns such as Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), anxiety disorders, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), and trauma-related issues. Our clients come from various backgrounds, and we pride ourselves on providing non-judgmental, compassionate care tailored to each individual's unique needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related fields is required.

• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) is essential.

• Demonstrated experience with various psychotherapy modalities and a deep understanding of a wide range of mental health diagnoses and treatment approaches.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, ensuring effective engagement with clients and team members.

• Must have no history of medical malpractice claims as verified by a third party.

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred Experience\n

Successful candidates will ideally have a track record of working in outpatient settings and possess experience with electronic health record systems. Familiarity with integrated care models and a history of collaborative practice with healthcare professionals will be advantageous. Strong diagnostic and clinical skills are necessary, along with a readiness to adapt approaches based on patient feedback and preferences.
