Key Responsibilities\n

• You will conduct thorough psychiatric and psychosocial assessments, including detailed mental status exams to evaluate patient needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Your responsibilities will include creating and continuously updating comprehensive treatment plans through collaboration with individual patients, guiding their journey and addressing their unique circumstances.

• Providing psychotherapy is central to your role. This includes delivering supportive therapy methods such as problem-solving, role-playing, and assertiveness training, aimed at enhancing patients’ social skills and community engagement.

• Maintain accurate and secure documentation of all patient encounters within our electronic health record system, adhering to organizational policies to ensure compliance and confidentiality.

• You will collaborate actively with referral sources and an interdisciplinary clinical team to ensure coordinated care and comprehensive support for each patient.

• This role requires ongoing evaluation of patient outcomes, utilizing feedback to assess the effectiveness of interventions and refining treatment strategies accordingly.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on patients dealing with various behavioral health disorders, mental illnesses, and co-occurring substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field is required.

• You must hold an active license in the State of Washington, with designations as either a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of three years of experience providing direct patient care is essential, demonstrating your ability to support individuals effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
