Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct engaging individual and group counseling sessions, facilitating discussions that promote self-discovery and healing.

• Develop tailored treatment plans in collaboration with clients, outlining specific therapeutic goals and monitoring their progress regularly.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to identify the unique needs and circumstances of each client.
\n
• Provide evidence-based interventions for clients dealing with ADHD and autism spectrum disorder, ensuring supportive strategies are integrated into their care plans.

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, treatment progress, and adjustment plans through our secure electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary team members, including medical professionals and other clinicians, to ensure holistic care that addresses the multifaceted needs of our clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The successful candidate will primarily work with individuals experiencing acute mental health crises, requiring immediate and intensive therapeutic support. This diverse client population includes adults, adolescents, and children who have varying therapeutic needs, including those managing ADHD, autism spectrum disorders, and other mental health challenges. Your role is to help them achieve stability, self-empowerment, and renewed hope through personalized care and support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted state licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Washington State.

Compensation and Benefits\n
