This role is 100% remote, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule and the opportunity to provide care from the comfort of your home. Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver engaging therapy sessions and mental health assessments through secure telehealth technology, ensuring a comfortable virtual space for clients.

• Perform thorough intake evaluations to understand each client's unique challenges and strengths, helping to formulate effective treatment strategies.

• Offer a broad range of mental health support services, including crisis intervention and referrals to additional resources when necessary.

• Regularly document all client interactions in compliance with state and federal guidelines, maintaining accurate and confidential client records.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance therapeutic skills and stay abreast of best practices in the mental health field.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling is required.

• Current active licensure in Washington State as a LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC.

• Familiarity and comfort with telehealth technology and virtual communication tools.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
