This position offers the flexibility of a fully remote work environment, allowing for a healthy work-life balance while working from the comfort of your own space. The role supports a schedule of Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, giving therapists the opportunity to manage their own day while focusing on client needs. Our telehealth facility ensures that therapists have the necessary tools and systems to deliver effective care—including secure video conferencing, electronic health records, and digital assessment tools—facilitating streamlined communication and documentation.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct therapy sessions and assessments primarily through telehealth platforms, ensuring a safe and confidential environment for clients.

• Perform comprehensive intake evaluations to determine client needs and establish individual treatment plans aimed at fostering progress.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to support clients in addressing their mental health concerns, ranging from anxiety and depression to relationship issues and trauma.

• Provide timely referrals to additional resources as necessary, including crisis intervention and support for urgent situations.
\n
• Maintain thorough and accurate records of therapy sessions, client interactions, and treatment progress in accordance with state and federal documentation guidelines.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, including participating in team meetings, supervision, and training to stay abreast of best practices in mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a closely related field.

• Active, unrestricted licensure in Washington State as an LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC.

• Proven ability to assess client needs and tailor therapy plans to meet their specific goals and circumstances.

• Proficiency in telehealth technology, including video conferencing software and electronic health record systems.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling, preferably in a telehealth setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
