Business Development Director

Business Development ProfessionalCome join our team! We are looking for an experienced Business Development professional based in the USA to acquire new clients and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate must have strong existing client relationships and a ready client database in the US Healthcare and service-oriented outsourcing domain. This role is focused on new client acquisition, not account management.ResponsibilitiesBring new clients from existing contacts and client databaseOwn end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, discovery, proposal, negotiation and closureAcquire clients in the following service lines:US Healthcare RCM (Revenue Cycle Management)Scheduling Appointments/Patient ExperiencePersonal Injury (Legal Support Services)Other process-driven / service-oriented outsourcing operationsBuild and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers (CXOs, VPs, Country Heads, Directors)Represent the company in client meetings, virtual presentations, and negotiationsAchieve monthly and quarterly revenue targetsCoordinate with delivery and operations teams for smooth onboardingProvide market intelligence and competitor insightsRequirementsMust have an active client database and proven contacts in the US marketDemonstrated success in closing US clients independentlyExperience selling Healthcare RCM or similar BPO / KPO servicesStrong understanding of US healthcare workflows and complianceAbility to generate business without heavy marketing dependencyExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsPreferred QualificationsPrior experience selling offshore / India-based delivery modelsExisting relationships with: Healthcare providers, Medical billing companies, Law firms (Personal Injury) & Hospitals, clinics, MSOsFamiliarity with HIPAA-compliant processesIdeal Candidate ProfileEntrepreneurial mindsetStrong hunter mentalityNetwork-driven sales professionalComfortable working independently with accountabilityCompensationBase Salary and/or Commission based on work experience.
