With over 1,400 employees globally and manufacturing sites in Atlanta, Austin, and Hechingen, Germany, Artivion serves healthcare professionals in over 100 countries.Position Objective: A Final Assembly Technician I performs work station assembly operations including sewing and packaging of heart valves in a clean room. This person also inspects incomplete and finished components for conformance to written specification with the aid of a microscope, follows standard work methods, and practices safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible.Responsibilities:Sew and assemble sewing cuffs to specification in a cleanroom environment.Inspect materials and components, in-process assemblies, and finished goods with aid of a microscope.Maintain production and inspection records.Assist with monitoring, cleaning, and testing cleanroom environment.Batch Components for the days Production.A fully trained Technician is expected to know how to sew All Mitrals, Aortics and Conform_X product lines.Quality first mentality is critical for all job functions.
