Work Environment\n

As a remote clinical social worker, you will have the flexibility to manage your schedule while working from the comfort of your own home. Our team operates within a supportive and dynamic virtual environment where communication tools and online resources facilitate collaboration and connection among team members. We are open to flexible shift patterns, including options for 4x10 or 5x8 schedules, ensuring you can maintain a healthy work-life balance while serving our clients from 8 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based techniques to address various mental health challenges.

• Engage in thorough client assessments to gather comprehensive social, personal, environmental, and health information that inform tailored interventions.

• Develop and implement treatment plans that are reflective of evaluated needs, ensuring continual adaptation based on client progress.

• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to create integrated primary care programs that support emotional and behavioral health.

• Facilitate crisis intervention and appropriate referrals to community resources, ensuring clients receive comprehensive support.

• Build and maintain therapeutic relationships that foster trust and respect, empowering clients in their mental health journeys.

• Document client interactions and treatment progress meticulously according to organizational standards and confidentiality protocols.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily involves working with individuals overcoming substance use disorders, as well as those facing related issues such as depression, anxiety, and family dynamics. Our clients often seek support for mood disorders, relationship challenges, and grief processing. As such, understanding the complexities of addiction and the impact it has on families is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential must be obtained in the state of Colorado.

• A minimum of four years of relevant experience in clinical settings focusing on mental health and substance use treatment is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
