ACCOUNTING CLERK

Centre Vorlage is seeking a part-time Accounting Clerk to support its administrative team within a well-established recreational tourism business in the Outaouais region. Key Responsibilities Enter and maintain accurate accounting data. Process accounts payable and accounts receivable. Prepare bank deposits and perform bank reconciliations. File and track accounting documents. Assist with the preparation of financial reports and month-end files. Carry out various administrative tasks and provide support to the Financial Controller as needed. Qualifications DEP or DEC in accounting, or relevant experience in a similar role. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Familiarity with QuickBooks (an asset). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Self-sufficient, discreet, and dependable. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Work Conditions A permanent part-time position with a flexible schedule.
