Key Responsibilities\n

In your capacity as an LMFT at Covenant Wellness, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual, couples, and family therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, utilizing techniques that resonate with diverse clients.

• Assessing clients' needs through structured interviews and diagnostic assessments, and developing targeted treatment plans tailored to their specific circumstances.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Family Systems Therapy, among others.

• Regularly monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment approaches as necessary to achieve desired outcomes collaboratively.

• Documenting client interactions and progress efficiently, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.

• Participating in team meetings and case consultations to provide comprehensive and well-rounded care.

Qualifications\n

We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:

• A master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Current active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.

• A minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services.
