Shift Lead

SoBol Beverly is currently seeking shift leads to join our team. SoBol provides the community with delicious acai bowls and fruit smoothies in a fun, upbeat café with a beachy vibe. At SoBol, shift leads will oversee the efficient running of the café, make sure the required tasks are accomplished, and ensure restaurant patrons have a great experience. Weekend availability is required. Strong work ethic and positive mindset are a must! Typical job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Trains staff, facilitates breaks, and monitors staffing levels Oversees stock levels Ensures the neatness, cleanliness, and orderliness of the facility Handles customer inquiries Greet customers Solve or escalation customer, employee, and operational issues Ensure compliance with established food standards, food quality, preparation, and company policies and operating procedures, including following company procedures and checklists Delegate and get things done promptly Other tasks as assigned Qualifications Experience in food service Excellent customer service Flexibility Great interpersonal skills Great communication skills Great problem-solving skills Strong leadership skills ServSafe Food Handlers License preferred Can provide own transportation (required) Availability must include closing shifts on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
