Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide comprehensive diagnostic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices tailored to the specific needs and circumstances of each patient.

• Conduct therapy sessions using various modalities, including individual, group, and family counseling, employing specialized techniques to address diverse mental health issues.

• Regularly evaluate and adjust treatment plans in collaboration with patients, considering their progress and feedback to ensure effective outcomes.

• Maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines, safeguarding all records relating to clients’ treatment and personal information.

• Utilize our user-friendly Electronic Health Record (EHR) system to track patient treatment, document sessions, and streamline administrative processes.

• Refer clients to additional community resources or specialists as necessary to ensure holistic care.

• Participate in team meetings and multidisciplinary case reviews to share insights and support the continuous improvement of therapeutic approaches within the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a licensed mental health counselor at Bon Ridge Wellness, you will work with a diverse client caseload, including adults, adolescents, children, and families. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• A valid and active license as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC issued by the State of California.

• A minimum of three (3) years of experience providing diagnostic assessment and therapy services across a spectrum of ages and backgrounds.

• Commitment to maintaining professional licensure and certification throughout tenure with the organization.

• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, clients, and community resources.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and documentation responsibilities effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
