Maintenance TechnicianShifts Available:3 12-hour shifts + 1 6 hour shift$32.50hr4 month contract to hireDays and nights openAssigned shift stays consistent once selectedMust be open to weekends, nights, and holidays as neededJob DescriptionMaintain and repair automated equipment in a distribution facility, including conveyors, sorters, robotics, and packaging equipment. Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, complete preventive maintenance, and help keep equipment running efficiently.ResponsibilitiesRepair and troubleshoot conveyors, sorters, robotics, and material handling equipmentPerform preventive maintenance to reduce equipment downtimeInstall, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipmentUse CMMS software to track work orders and maintenance activitiesDiagnose and repair electrical and mechanical equipment issuesAssist with preventative maintenance planning and equipment improvementsWork with operations teams to keep equipment running safely and efficientlyFollow all safety procedures and PPE requirementsTrain and support junior maintenance technicians as neededLift up to 49 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods during shiftsRequirements2+ years of industrial maintenance experience2+ years of experience working on conveyors, material handling equipment, or automated systemsHigh school diploma or equivalentExperience with preventive maintenance programsAbility to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipmentExperience using CMMS systemsAbility to work a flexible schedule when neededPreferred QualificationsExperience in a manufacturing or distribution environmentConveyor maintenance experienceKnowledge of automated equipment and control systemsExperience training or mentoring other techniciansComfortable working in a fast-paced automated facilityBenefitsHealthcare benefits starting Day 1401(k) with company matchPaid parental leaveFire-resistant workwear providedComposite toe safety shoes providedOpportunity to work with advanced automated equipment and technologyJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Loveland, CO.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $58760.00 - $68432.00/yr.
