Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams suchen wir Dich als Learning & Development Manager (m/w/d).

Deine Verantwortung:

Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Softwareschulungen beim Kunden vor Ort und remote
Beratung unserer Kund:innen zur Anwendung und im Umgang mit unseren Softwarelösungen
Zielgruppenorientierte Wissensvermittlung
Reflexion der Trainings sowie Modifizierung des Schulungsangebots

Das bringst Du mit:

Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in einem kaufmännischen oder technischen Bereich, Quereinsteiger, z.B. aus der Pflege willkommen
Kommunikatives Geschick und eine ausgeprägte Servicementalität
Eigenständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Deutschlandweite Reisebereitschaft und Führerschein Klasse B
