Project Coordinator

Role Description

The Production Coordinator is responsible for provisioning access to Payor Websites, performing scheduled IT production tasks, and monitoring automated processes to ensure there is no disruption of IT services to End Users. The Production Coordinator will serve as a liaison to OneIS, EPIC, or Rev Cycle System Support resources for ORC operational teams. The Production Coordinator shall perform basic ad-hoc IT tasks as needed per ORC business operations.

Qualifications

• 5 years of General office experience.
• 3 years of Healthcare Revenue Cycle experience.
• Track record in organizing and planning with a proven ability to effectively manage time, multi-task, and achieve results in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience (preferred).
