Key Responsibilities\n

• Build Relationships: Establish positive and trusting rapport with patients through empathetic and active listening techniques.

• Diagnosis and Treatment: Assess and diagnose mental health disorders using comprehensive evaluation tools and clinical judgment.

• Individualized Treatment Plans: Collaborate with patients to develop customized treatment plans that address their unique experiences and goals.

• Counseling Sessions: Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, continually adapting therapeutic approaches to meet clients’ evolving needs.

• Progress Monitoring: Conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress, making timely adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Referral Coordination: Make appropriate referrals to specialists and community resources to support the holistic needs of clients.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely records of patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes following HIPAA regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role involves working with a varied patient population, including individuals, couples, and families facing a range of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, requiring cultural competency and adaptability in therapeutic delivery. The therapist will engage actively with clients to foster a safe space for open dialogue and help them navigate their mental wellness journeys.

Qualifications\n

• Valid State licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

• Demonstrated experience providing individual and/or group therapy.

• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to oversee administrative tasks while maintaining high-quality patient care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
