Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and process customer invoices accurately and timely
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries
• Maintain billing records and supporting documentation
• Work closely with accounting, sales, and customer service teams
• Monitor accounts and ensure compliance with company billing procedures
• Assist with reporting, reconciliations, and other accounting-related projects as needed

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of billing, accounts receivable, or related accounting experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred

Pay Details: $25.00 to $27.00 per hour
