This position is entirely remote, enabling you to deliver care from the comfort of your own space while still connecting meaningfully with clients. The flexible schedule (Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm) allows for a balance between professional commitments and personal life. Key Responsibilities\n

• Implement mindfulness-based interventions to help clients achieve stress reduction and emotional regulation. You will lead individual therapy sessions that focus on techniques such as meditation and breathing exercises.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify each client's unique stressors, challenges, and personal goals, tailoring therapy practices to their specific needs.

• Facilitate engaging group workshops on mindfulness practices, resilience-building strategies, and stress management, promoting community support and connection among participants.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and mindfulness interventions while adhering to confidentiality standards and best practices.

• Regularly participate in personal mindfulness practice and engage in ongoing professional development to refine your skills in mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR).

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients include individuals struggling with a wide range of mental health challenges—ranging from anxiety and depression to stress management and emotional regulation. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid state licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT is mandatory.

• Strong communication skills are essential, enabling you to create a calming and supportive therapeutic environment for your clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
