Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Formulate and execute personalized treatment plans, setting clear therapeutic goals and interventions tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive, cohesive care plans for clients.

• Deliver crisis intervention and risk assessment as necessary, utilizing best practices to develop safety plans for at-risk clients.

• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of client sessions to meet ethical and legal standards, reflecting each client's treatment progress.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, complemented by performance-based bonuses.
