This role is ideal for a licensed cosmetologist or barber who enjoys coaching teams, managing salon operations, and delivering a consistent, high‑quality customer experience. As Salon Manager, you will oversee daily operations, support and develop stylists, and create a positive, team-focused salon culture while running the business with confidence and integrity. We offer a comprehensive Manager‑in‑Training program for licensed stylists who are not yet ready for a Salon Manager role.
