This full-time, on-site contract position is ideal for a dedicated SLP-CCC who thrives working with middle schoolers and seeks to support student success for the upcoming academic year.

You will join a welcoming school committed to fostering growth and communication skill development for a caseload of 60–65 students. The position requires expertise and compassion, as well as the flexibility and professionalism to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and school staff.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active FL State License for Speech Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) through ASHA
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Sciences & Disorders, or a closely related discipline
• Previous experience in a school-based setting, ideally serving grades 6–8
• Ability to complete district fingerprinting, background checks, and related credentialing as required
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide evaluations, develop IEPs, and deliver services for a caseload of 60–65 middle school students
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to create positive outcomes
• Maintain documentation and adhere to district and state regulatory standards
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary discussions
• Deliver both direct and consultative therapeutic interventions
