Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain thorough and accurate client records in adherence to legal, ethical, and organizational guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and integrity in documentation.

• Engage in regular supervision and peer consultations to enhance clinical skills and improve service delivery.

• Participate in training and professional development opportunities offered by Just Be Therapy to continually refine therapeutic techniques and methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will work with range from adolescents to adults experiencing a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and life transitions. You will play a crucial role in offering therapeutic support during pivotal moments in their lives, aiming to empower them towards achieving their mental health goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field is required.

• Must possess an active licensure in Virginia as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.

• Demonstrated ability to assess complex client needs and deliver individualized care.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of relevant experience as a mental health therapist is required, candidates with additional experience in telehealth modalities or specialized training in specific therapeutic approaches will be favored. Compensation and Benefits\n
