This role operates within a telehealth setting, providing flexibility and convenience for you and our clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the severity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms, ensuring a tailored approach for each client.

• Collaborate with clients to design individualized treatment plans targeted at their specific mental health goals and needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), to deliver effective interventions.

• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care strategies to empower long-term recovery.

• Monitor and document client progress consistently throughout the treatment process, making necessary adjustments to enhance outcomes.

• Work closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care, ensuring that all aspects of a client's treatment are managed effectively.

• Stay informed of the latest research and methodologies in the field of mental health to continuously improve your practice and the services we offer.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client sessions and treatment plans, in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

You will primarily engage with a diverse clientele dealing with various mood disorders, including depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Texas is required.

• Demonstrable expertise in evidence-based treatment modalities, including CBT and DBT.

• Strong knowledge of psychopharmacology and experience working collaboratively with psychiatrists to provide coherent treatment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
