Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will engage in a variety of critical tasks aimed at improving patient outcomes. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to evaluate clients’ needs and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to address their specific mental health and substance use challenges.

• Implementing therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based techniques to facilitate recovery and coping strategies.

• Maintaining accurate, up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and our internal standards to ensure the privacy and security of client information.

• Collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and counselors, to coordinate comprehensive care pathways for clients.

• Participating in regular case reviews and peer consultations to continually enhance treatment effectiveness and foster an environment of shared learning.

• Providing ongoing education and support to clients and their families, equipping them with valuable resources and information on mental health issues and available community services.

Your primary focus will be on individuals undergoing detoxification and those facing co-occurring mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical setting, specifically providing psychotherapy services, preferably in substance use or mental health services.
