Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement individualized, recovery-focused treatment plans aligned with each client's needs and goals.

• Conduct ongoing assessments to identify clients' treatment requirements and adjust plans accordingly.
\n
• Collaborate with clients to enhance their coping, problem-solving, and communication skills through therapeutic techniques.

• Educate clients about available community resources and advocate for their access to those services.
\n
• Guide clients in cultivating daily living and community engagement skills, including leisure activities and healthy routines.

• Monitor clients’ symptoms and offer strategies for effective symptom management and behavior modification.

• Maintain strict confidentiality with respect to client information and uphold ethical standards in practice.

• Engage in aftercare planning and provide closure to clients upon their transition from regular therapeutic services.

• Facilitate skill-building workshops focusing on caregiver skills and family dynamics.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adults aged 18 and over who experience varying degrees of mental illness that impede their ability to function effectively in their communities. Through a recovery-oriented lens, you will offer support that helps clients navigate their mental health challenges while fostering a sense of autonomy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• A valid state license to practice is essential, which may include LMFT, LCPC, LCSW, or PsyD.
\n
• Independently licensed with the ability to practice without supervision is mandatory.
\n
• No disciplinary actions against your license.
\n
• Proficiency in using telehealth technology and maintaining electronic client records.
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate and empathetic approach to client care.
\n
• Possess a reliable internet connection for effective remote work capabilities.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in providing direct clinical services to diverse populations is strongly preferred.

• Familiarity with behavioral health community resources and interventions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with your qualifications and experience. Additionally, our benefits package includes:
