Junior Temp to Perm Executive Assistant

Our client, a music-focused, boutique law firm in Flatiron, is looking to hire a Junior Temp to Perm Executive Assistant to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate must have strong interpersonal skills, work well in a team environment and be able to handle multiple tasks daily. The candidate will help provide executive and personal support to a Partner at the firm. This person should have a sunny disposition, and a nothing is beneath me attitude with a fast-paced mentality.

Someone with an interest in music, and/or the legal field, is preferred!

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, direct calls and take messages
• Filter and prioritize incoming e-mails
• Manage a busy and always changing calendar
• Book international and domestic travel arrangements including flight, hotel and car services
• Schedule meetings, appointments and conference calls
• Process expense reports
• Manage and book conference rooms
• Assistance with light legal work (documents, mailings, deposits)
• Ongoing personal assistance as requested

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills
• True team player
• Extremely well-written and articulate
• Very strong attention to detail
• Familiarity with various office equipment and MS Office Software
• Respect for confidentiality

Salary

Up to $70-80K base (DOE) + discretionary bonus + excellent benefits/ perks

Hours

9:30am-6pm + flexibility as needed
