Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and ongoing success.Job responsibilitiesPartners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discoveryConsiders and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experienceSupports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customersAnalyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycleWrites the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product developmentTracks and manages Product Health metrics to ensure a healthy backlog, epic quality and timeliness to deliveryRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain areaProficient knowledge of the product development life cycle including discovery and requirements definitionAbility to work collaboratively with key stakeholders and development teams to document business requirements, lead scope definition, technical implementation, end-to-end testing, and operational readinessAbility to think strategically, innovate and clearly communicate complex ideasDemonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and tight delivery timelinesIntermediate to expert level knowledge of JIRA and confluence toolsPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsDeveloped knowledge of the product development life cycleExperience working with multi-level management and complex organizationsLeverages AI tools to improve overall product efficiencyAnalytical / Problem Solving skills - ability to visualize, articulate, and solve complex problemsFull understanding of software development lifecycle best practicesChase is a leading financial services firm, helping nearly half of America’s households and small businesses achieve their financial goals through a broad range of financial products.
