Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health status, including their substance abuse history.

• Facilitate dynamic individual and group therapy sessions that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to the client’s unique needs.

• Provide education and support to clients’ families, encouraging their involvement in the recovery process to foster a holistic support system.

• Collaborate closely with other treatment team members, including psychiatrists and clinical staff, to ensure an integrated and effective care plan for each client.

• Maintain meticulous and accurate clinical records in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies, ensuring clients’ confidentiality and treatment integrity.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work primarily with adolescents and young adults, addressing a range of mental health issues and facilitating recovery processes. Our clients are carefully pre-screened to ensure they are stable and have low acuity, allowing our therapists to focus on personalized therapeutic interventions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Current and active licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Oregon is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
