Music Producer for AI Model Evaluation, Norwegian

Evaluate and rate AI-generated music to help improve generative music models. You will listen critically across many genres, compare outputs, label musical attributes, and assess lyrics and vocals in Norwegian and English, working with a leading AI research lab on projects that require detailed, repeatable quality judgments.

• Compare AI-generated tracks head-to-head and score them for musicality, creativity, adherence to prompts, vocal performance, and production and mix quality
• Label songs for genre, structure, instrumentation, vocal presence, and other musical characteristics
• Review AI-generated lyrics and sung vocals against reference material for quality, accuracy, and appropriateness
• Apply detailed quality standards and written guidelines consistently when rating and annotating audio

• Native or near-native proficiency in Norwegian, with the ability to follow detailed written instructions in English
• At least 2 years of professional experience as a music producer, audio engineer, or mixing engineer
• Headphones or studio monitors suitable for critical listening

• Formal training in music performance, theory, or composition
• Credited or commercially released production, engineering, or mixing work
• Familiarity with contemporary Norwegian genres, sub-genres, and artists

Pay rate: 42 - 78 hourly, paid on an hourly basis.
