Music Producer for AI Model Evaluation (Bengali)

Evaluate and rate AI-generated music across genres in Bengali and English, helping improve generative music models used by a leading AI research lab. This role centers on critical listening, comparative judgments, and detailed musical labeling to assess musicality, creativity, vocal performance, and production quality.

• Listen to and compare AI-generated songs head-to-head, judging musicality, creativity, adherence to prompts, vocal quality, and production and mix quality.
• Label tracks by genre, song structure, instrumentation, vocal presence and characteristics, and other musical attributes.
• Review AI-generated lyrics and vocal performances against reference material for quality and accuracy.

• Native or near-native proficiency in Bengali, with the ability to follow detailed written instructions in English.
• At least 2 years of professional experience as a music producer, audio engineer, or mixing engineer.
• Access to headphones or studio monitors suitable for critical listening.

• Formal training in music performance, theory, or composition.
• Credited or commercially released production, engineering, or mixing credits.
• Broad familiarity with contemporary Bengali genres, sub-genres, and artists.

• Location: Remote.
• Employment type: hourly.
• Start date: immediate.
• Duration: up to 6 months.
• Commitment: flexible. Most experts work around 20 hours per week; there is no cap.

• Pay range: 11 - 19 hourly.

• Must be able to work in Bengali and follow English written instructions as specified above.
