You’ll work closely with leadership to increase production, improve conversion, develop talent, and drive accountability . You’ll also have the support of established lead generation, Inside Sales, technology, marketing, training, and operational systems .

Compensation:

$55,000 - $75,000 Yearly with Bonus Potential

Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do

• Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed performance goals
• Oversee new agent onboarding and ensure a strong start
• Coach and mentor agents with actionable feedback
• Partner with teams to improve operations, efficiency, and client experience
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities
• Drive continuous improvement across sales processes and systems
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies

Qualifications:

What We’re Looking For

• Leadership experience in sales or real estate operations
• Active Real Estate License
• Experience managing staff and coaching sales professionals
• Strong knowledge of the residential real estate process
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with CRMs, MLS, CTM, and tracking tools
• Strong communication, customer service, and computer skills
• Goal-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Proficient in MS Office and G Suite
