Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based modalities to assist clients in reaching their mental health goals.

• Assess new and existing client needs through detailed evaluations, ensuring continuous prioritization of casework and adherence to treatment plans.

• Evaluate clients’ medical and mental health histories to develop informed, accurate diagnoses and appropriate interventions for various disorders.

• Create personalized treatment plans based on psychosocial assessments that reflect each client’s unique challenges and strengths.

• Implement supportive, crisis intervention, and bereavement counseling techniques as necessary, responding promptly to clients facing urgent needs.

• Maintain compliance with all healthcare standards and organizational policies to safeguard the health and safety of clients and staff.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in counseling services is required.

• A Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Professional Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is essential.

• Must hold a current State License as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or an equivalent designation.

• Proficiency in technology, including communication tools and documentation software, to effectively manage client information.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary to convey therapeutic concepts clearly and to collaborate with team members.

Preferred Experience\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000 per year, with potential for additional bonuses based on performance and client outcomes.
