Account Executive, Community Banks (MANTL)

As a remote-first company, most of our positions are remote in the U.S., except for key roles indicated in the job title. Responsibilities Drive Revenue Growth: Strategically identify, qualify, and close 6-figure+ deals with C-level executives within Community banks. Expert Consultative Selling: Take a thoughtful, consultative approach to understanding client needs, articulating complex product concepts in a digestible manner, and demonstrating the unique value of MANTL’s solutions. Navigate Complex Sales Cycles: Skillfully manage multi-layered stakeholder environments, read the room, and guide challenging sales processes from initial engagement to successful close. Build Lasting Relationships: Develop and nurture key relationships, positioning yourself as a trusted partner and industry expert. Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline, meticulously tracking progress from prospecting to deal closure with accurate and timely forecasts. Collaborate & Innovate: Work actively with internal teams to leverage best-in-class processes, operating with a solutions-oriented mindset. Achieve Excellence: Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas, contributing directly to MANTL’s growth. What You'll Bring You are an enthusiastic, self-motivated professional with exceptional communication skills and a passion for results. You are agile and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced, evolving environment. You are entrepreneurial by nature and are comfortable being the CEO of your territory. You have a proven track record of successfully selling in a virtual environment, while also being comfortable leading onsite sales presentations. Required Experience 5+ years of total Sales or Business Development Experience. 3+ years of proven experience in either New Logo Sales, Mid-Market or Enterprise Sales, or Consulting. Ability to articulate complex products or concepts into clear, digestible information. Exceptional success selling in a virtual environment. Demonstrated consultative selling approach and strong negotiation skills. Strong attention to detail in both verbal and written communication. Experience using Salesforce.com and other modern sales tools, including AI, to scale efficiencies. Salary range: $80,000 - $100,00 + Attractive Commission Eligibility.
