Work Environment

Our rehabilitation facility is designed to create a welcoming and therapeutic atmosphere. You will work onsite with a collaborative team of healthcare professionals, including physical therapists, occupational therapists, and administrative staff, all striving together to foster a patient-centered environment. The clinic operates Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a predictable work schedule that promotes work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized one-on-one care, managing a caseload of 1-2 patients per hour, ensuring focused attention on each person's rehabilitation journey.
• Design and execute comprehensive treatment plans rooted in evidence-based practices, regularly assessing patient needs and progress.
• Utilize WebPT for effective documentation of patient progress and outcomes, ensuring accurate records that inform future treatment strategies.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize therapy approaches and enhance patient outcomes.
• Conduct thorough evaluations using standardized metrics to establish treatment baselines and measure improvement.
• Engage with patients to educate them about their conditions and the importance of active participation in their therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic primarily serves orthopedic patients recovering from surgeries, injuries, and chronic pain conditions. You will work with diverse age groups, tailoring your approach to address varying levels of fitness, mobility, and rehabilitation goals. Your role will be crucial in guiding patients through their recovery, helping them regain strength, balance, and confidence in their physical abilities.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or higher degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required.
• A current or eligible license to practice physical therapy in California.
• Proficiency in hands-on therapeutic techniques and a strong foundation in patient-centered care.
• Ability to communicate effectively and encourage patients, fostering a positive therapeutic relationship.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
