Work Environment

As part of our onsite team, you will work in a welcoming and state-of-the-art rehabilitation center equipped with the latest technology and resources to facilitate optimal patient care. Our clinic operates Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life commitment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide focused, one-on-one care by managing a caseload of 1-2 patients per hour.
• Conduct thorough assessments to develop customized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique health needs.
• Implement evidence-based therapies and continually monitor patient progress to adjust treatment approaches as needed.
• Utilize WebPT for accurate documentation and efficient communication with interdisciplinary teams.
• Educate patients on exercises, proper movement mechanics, and self-management strategies to ensure consistency in their recovery.
• Participate in staff meetings and case discussions to share insights and improve overall patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current California Physical Therapy License or eligibility to obtain one.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of direct experience in orthopedic physical therapy practices. Experience in a rehabilitation setting is a plus.

• Proficiency in utilizing electronic health record systems, preferably WebPT.

Compensation and Benefits
