Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized treatment to 1-2 patients per hour within a modern outpatient setting, focusing on orthopedic conditions.
• Conduct thorough movement assessments to identify dysfunctions and limitations, ensuring the development of customized therapy plans tailored to each patient's needs.
• Continuously monitor patient progress and adapt treatment strategies as required to maximize recovery outcomes.
• Educate patients on effective exercises and rehabilitation techniques, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes, aligning with compliance standards.
• Collaborate with physicians, healthcare providers, and rehabilitation staff to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary focus of your practice will be on orthopedic patients recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• An active California physical therapy license or eligibility to obtain one is mandatory.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 140,000 annually, commensurate with experience, alongside a full benefits package.
