Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough movement assessments to evaluate each patient's strengths and limitations.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on comprehensive evaluation results and patient goals.
• Deliver direct patient care, seeing 1-2 patients per hour, and monitor their progress consistently to adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Educate patients on therapeutic exercises, safety strategies, and self-management practices to enhance long-term recovery.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with clinical standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with a team of physical therapists, occupational therapists, and support staff to ensure holistic treatment approaches.
• Participate in clinical meetings and case discussions to share insights, strategies, and innovative approaches to patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, musculoskeletal injuries, and various conditions impacting mobility and strength. Your expertise will help guide them back to optimal physical function, whether they are athletes returning to competitive performance or individuals seeking to regain independence in daily activities.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Eligibility to obtain an active California Physical Therapy license.
• Demonstrated ability in developing personalized treatment strategies through strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication skills to build rapport with patients and foster their motivation throughout the rehabilitation process.
• Commitment to providing compassionate care and support while actively listening to patients' concerns.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in an outpatient rehabilitation setting.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 140,000 , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
