Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary responsibilities will revolve around delivering therapeutic services to individuals with a range of mental health conditions. Key tasks you will handle include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to gather patient histories, presenting issues, and treatment needs, followed by developing tailored treatment plans based on established best practices.

• Implementing a variety of therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-supported modalities, adjusting techniques based on the unique needs and preferences of each client.

• Maintaining precise, confidential clinical documentation following HIPAA guidelines to ensure compliance and quality in patient care.

• Engaging in collaborative care with other mental health professionals including psychiatrists and psychologists to provide a holistic treatment plan for our clients.

• Participating in regular case consultations and team meetings aimed at fostering a culture of continuous improvement and shared learning.

• Providing psychoeducation to patients and their families about mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources that can aid in their recovery.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
