Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and resources, ensuring a well-rounded understanding of each child's unique context.

• Offer individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatments such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that include specific goals and interventions aimed at improving clients' mental health outcomes.

• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and school personnel, to ensure a holistic approach to each student’s care.

• Provide crisis intervention, conduct risk assessments, and create safety plans when necessary to ensure the immediate well-being of clients.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups, fostering a sense of community and connection among participants.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation that meets ethical and legal standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on supporting school-aged children and adolescents, addressing a range of mental health challenges that may affect their academic performance and overall well-being. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Oregon.

Compensation and Benefits\n
