As a member of our treatment team, you will engage in regular virtual meetings and case consultations to foster collaboration and support among colleagues. Your administrative responsibilities will be complemented by the use of cutting-edge telehealth platforms, enabling seamless client interactions and documentation.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions in an outpatient setting, utilizing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic models including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and narrative therapy.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the needs of clients and develop personalized treatment plans that align with their goals.

• Document clinical interactions accurately and promptly, adhering to all legal and ethical guidelines. This includes maintaining thorough and organized records within our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals including psychiatrists, psychologists, case managers, and administrative staff to ensure holistic client care.

• Participate actively in team meetings, case discussions, and continuing education opportunities to enhance your clinical skills and contribute to the team’s growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will directly contribute to supporting clients through their unique struggles, helping them to develop coping strategies and achieve their personal mental health goals.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
\n
• Current and valid LMFT license in California is required.
\n
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in an outpatient, private practice, or community mental health setting.
\n
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a keen cultural awareness and passion for working with diverse populations.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth platforms is preferred but not mandatory.

• Comfort navigating various therapeutic modalities and readiness to engage in continual professional development.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from $90,000.00 to $100,000 per year, complemented by a robust benefits package that includes:
