Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify mental health concerns, accurately formulate clinical diagnoses, and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Implement therapeutic interventions through individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during acute mental health crises, employing de-escalation strategies and safety planning as necessary.

• Maintain precise and confidential documentation, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment records, adhering to ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, which may include psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare practitioners, to ensure comprehensive client care.

• Instruct clients and their families on mental health topics, treatment options, and community resource availability, advocating for their rights as needed.

• Engage in continuous professional development, staying updated on best practices, emerging research, and therapeutic techniques through workshops, training sessions, and professional memberships.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our center serves a diverse client population, ranging from adults facing chronic stress and anxiety to children and adolescents grappling with behavioral issues. You will work with clients experiencing various mental health conditions, including depression, PTSD, and substance abuse disorders, ensuring each individual receives personalized attention tailored to their specific circumstances and therapeutic goals.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
