Channels & Alliances Counsel — Scale SaaS Partnerships

Intuit is seeking an Assistant General Counsel to build and scale the legal framework for its Enterprise Suite channel and partner programs. You will independently structure, draft, and negotiate complex partner and alliance agreements, often on bespoke needs, and advise on channel structure and competition risk. You will design scalable playbooks, templates, and workflows, collaborating with product, finance, privacy, and security teams to enable rapid deal closure while managing legal risk in #J-18808-Ljbffr Intuit
