Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client evaluations to establish individualized treatment plans for children and adolescents, involving a comprehensive understanding of their backgrounds, mental health issues, and family dynamics.

• Facilitate engaging therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices and various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and play therapy.

• Maintain detailed and compliant electronic medical records, ensuring accuracy in documentation that meets regulatory standards and supports effective treatment practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will engage with a diverse array of clients, primarily children and adolescents facing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
